Senior Subcontract Administrator

To procure materials, equipment, supplies and services of a
highly specialized and complex nature which may require
alterations or customizing to meet the requestor's specific
need and specifications. May lead activities of subcontract
administration teams on assigned programs required for the
sourcing of complex (i.e., engineering development)
programs for material, software, and services. This is
accomplished following established and approved
procurement policies and procedures in order to provide the
best value consistent with quality and service requirements
while maintaining good supplier relations. Responsible for
Procurement Compliance and Cost/Price Analysis.
Required Skills and Education
Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or similar) applications. Ability
to effectively communicate internally and externally at all
levels and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills and Education
Typical Related
Experience: Four plus years experience in
project management, manufacturing engineering, operations
management, supply chain, negotiations, cost/price analysis,
or contract management. Candidates with technical
backgrounds will be considered.
Professional Supply Chain Certification: C.P.M., C.P.S.M.,
Cost Analyses experience
Knowledge of Federal Aquisition Regulations (FAR) as well as Defense Federal Aquisition Regulations (DFAR)
