We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, eager to accomplish, needs limited direction, is capable of being the foundation of support for the team, and can manage business activities and finances to achieve enhanced success and financial growth.

About this Position:
Assignments may include but are not limited to:
Assist with redeeming the Company's annual financial business goals.
Job Costing:
Track costs, monitor job hours, efficiencies, expenses, etc.
Report Job Costing to owners and staff on a weekly basis.
Teach and motivate team to exceed financial goals.
Hold weekly meetings with staff, managers, and owners.
Responsible to make sure that meetings are held as scheduled.
Monitor billing to assure optimum cash flow and work frequently with Business Manager.
Overall Financial Performance:
Conduct financial performance reviews on a regular basis using a 3rd party Financial Planning Tool and report to owners and business coach on a weekly basis.
Meet planned growth and profit Support the growth in revenue of the recurring services division by encouraging new business strategies, delegating appropriate purchases, hiring, etc.
Hiring:
Achieve hiring goals to support business growth.
Build a team by seeking and hiring qualified and fitting individuals.
Responsible for hiring advertisements, interviewing, and hiring.
Provide excellent leadership support.
Be there for the team, communicate with them, and guide them to success.
Meet with team members on a monthly basis to discuss planned action reviews, seek input, provide support for continuous improvement.
Provide support for all staff with great onboarding, training, skill advancement, continued education, and growth.
Build and maintain rapport and positive working relations with internal team members, clients and external partners.
Help retain and grow existing customer base.
Create an environment for successful working conditions, including facility, garage, and office efficiencies, great culture, etc.
Organize and manage the work of others by job description.
Ensure that staff is being scheduled appropriately, following schedule, etc.
Ensure that field managers are supporting staff in morning and afternoon routines, getting staff out the door on time, staff have the resources and support they need, and the team is completing work according to schedule and budget.
Monitor job costing and performance daily.
Effectively monitor and communicate the performance of staff (i.
e.
, promotions, compensation, discipline, firing, etc.
).
Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.
Develop and implement programs and policies.
Monitor policy effectiveness and modify as needed.
Manage the Company's fleet of vehicles by scheduling routine maintenance, recommending new purchases, etc.
Manage the overall snow removal operations by providing support to regional site managers, staff, and clients.
This includes monitoring the weather with other managers, problem solving, dispatching start and end times with the team, answering staff questions during a storm, etc.
Assist with special projects.
Job requirements:
At least 5
years in a General Management role.
Proven success in the landscape, construction, or similar industry.
Skilled in leadership, coaching and motivating others to help overcome daily work challenges Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Must have experience with financial sales reports, planning and budgeting.
Can use financial tools to really understand the company's financial snapshot and make accurate projections of the future.
Must be able to communicate to and speak with owners about financial performance.
Strong analytical ability.
