Located in Hudson, NH.
Position Summary The Customer Service Lead is first and foremost responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
They are also responsible for managing the customer service associates and supervising the flow of traffic through the store.
They oversee the daily operation of both the range and retail areas and are tasked with opening the shop, counting down registers at the close of business, and securing the building at the end of the day.
They also facilitate morning meetings, supervise daily cleaning and maintenance, and hold the customer service staff accountable for their assigned duties.
They lead by example greeting all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, and providing information, assistance, and direction.
The Customer Service Lead will also assist in the sale of firearms, accessories, training, and memberships.
Essentail Functions Supports a strong commitment to the highest standard of customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers Provides a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by:
Identifying and evaluating customers' needs, Making product recommendations, and Promoting programs including, but not limited to Range Membership, and Firearm Training Ensures 4473 Forms are completed thoroughly and accurately Demonstrating product to customers Organizes and maintains Merchandise within the Retail Store Replenishes product on shelves as required per merchandising guidelines Remains product expert through ongoing product knowledge training Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales; maintains pricing and signing Assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves Keeps work area clean, neat, and well stocked with supplies Follows all company policies and procedures Manager on duty when required ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED Experience/Qualifications Minimum Degree Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
