Job Summary (general description of position purpose):
Responsible for the Business Operations of the Hudson, NH office.
Job details include timesheetand charge code administration, expense report review/processing, purchasing support, new hire onboarding, facility liaison and occasional meeting support.
Nature of Assignment:
Knowledge, skills & abilities required:
oSelf-started who can prioritize tasking from a ongoing, changing list of tasksoAbility to work well with remote employees and other officesoResponsible for coordinating office needs (repairs, space deconfliction, etc.
).
oProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel pivot tablesoSharePoint administration experience preferredoOracle business systems experience preferredoUnderstanding of administrative functions for Government contract support environments.
Guidelines (level of supervision required to perform):
oPlans and carries out the work of the office and handles problems and deviations in accordance with established instructions, priorities, policies, commitments and program goals of the supervisor, and accepted practices in the occupation.
oTakes care of many matters and questions including answering substantive questions not requiring technical knowledge; receives requests for information concerning the organization's programs which can be assembled from the record based on a knowledge of the organization, advises when the material can be furnished, and prepares it personally or follows up to see that it is prepared by the staff within the specified time; Actions taken personally include:
drafting replies to general inquiries not requiring a technical knowledge of the program; and relaying instructions to subordinate offices, collecting data, preparing reports for higher echelons, or otherwise acting on requests received concerning procedural or administrative requirements.
oDuties frequently include:
serving as liaison between the supervisors and employees and arranging meetings involving staff from outside the immediate office.

Responsibilities:
oThe work includes various duties involving different and unrelated processes and methods.
Prepare one-of-a-kind reports from information in various documents when this requires reading correspondence and reports to identify relevant items, and when decisions are based on a familiarity with the issues involved and the relationships between the various types of informationoDecisions regarding what needs to be done, and how to accomplish them, are based on the administrator's knowledge of the duties, priorities, commitments, policies, and program goals of the supervisor and staff, and involve analysis of the subject, phase, or issues involved in each assignment.

oLiaison to payroll for charge code and timecard operations.
oReview and approve/reject expense reportsoTravel planning/assistance as necessaryoNew hire onboarding coordinationoPurchasing order initial review/approvaloMeeting coordination and supportoIndirect budget trackingoPlanning organization events and coordinating employee recognitionoCoordinate travel plansoMaintains the highest standard of discretion when handling company sensitive proprietary or employee information.

Essential Requirements:

years of business operations experienceAbility to be in the office as needed (not a 100% remote job)Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
Must be able to secure and maintain a security clearance.
Must be able to read and write effectively in English.

Must be able to work within the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
Physical requirements - Work is primarily sedentary.
Some walking and standing may occur in the course of a normal workday in connection with travel to and from meeting and conferences.
May carry light items, such as reports, data products, notebooks and laptops.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
