Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position will be considered for remote work or hybrid work in Hudson, NH.
It may require travel to support the multitude of Government Property locations.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Leads the Government Property Management function, including problem resolution and acting as liaison with programs, procurement, contracts, corporate entities, and other functions.
Provides a productive team environment through coaching and motivating team members.
Manage team of Government Property professionals.
Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance to all policies and regulations, ensuring the Government Property Business System adequacy.
Ensure Government Property Management is included cross functional teams where the outcomes may affect Government Property Management.
Maintain or ensure the maintenance of auditable records of government-owned property located at the facility and associated vendor/subcontractor facilities or other alternate sites.
Direct interface with Government agencies on Government Property Audits, transfers, closeouts, inventories and other inquires for all cognizant prime and subcontracts.
Reviews vendor/subcontractor's control of government property in coordination with the Purchasing, Subcontracts Departments and Program Management.
This may be accomplished through site visits.
Performs or oversees self-assessment of compliance to published procedures and FAR/DFARS requirements.
Coordinates all aspects of the analysis by interfacing with appropriate department personnel and the DCMA's Property Administrator, if necessary, secure any corrective actions necessary.
Provide government property guidance on all new business proposals or contract awards as well as develop and train cross functionally on Government Property requirements and processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant discipline(s), industry practices, trends, and applications.
Develop process and procedures for performing Self Assessments to determine process control and measurements of all cognizant business units.
Responsible for resolving complex systems problems.
Analyze current practices for deficiencies and determines potential corrective action.
Lead coordination efforts with the other Business unit Government Property Managers within the sector to ensure coordination of deliverables to DCMA or other US government agency property administrators.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant discipline(s), industry practices, trends, and applications.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typical Education and Experience Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience Required Skills and Education Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills Demonstrated ability to communicate and present data to other functions and leadership in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner Ability to lead and motivate a team of Finance professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Pursuant to a specific U.

Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred prior experience as a Property Administrator Preferred 5
years of leadership experience as a team lead, supervisor or manager Prefer knowledge of UID Registry and DCMA Etools Certification in National Property Management Association (NPMA) Prefer Experience in a Defense Contracting environment.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$120560 - $204930 Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
