Whip-Poor-Will Golf Club is looking to hire associates for the Pro Shop, to assist with general Pro Shop operations.
The primary function of this position is providing customer interaction including booking tee times, checking in golfers, selling merchandise, processing payments, and cleaning/stocking the Golf Shop.
Duties & Requirements Establishes excellent customer relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service to the golfing public.
Answer incoming calls in a timely manner, schedule tee times, answer any questions or inquiries about the golf course.
Always maintain general order and cleanliness in the pro shop.
Familiarity with basic point-of-sale system functions.
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills Ability to perform critical job tasks, and limit mistakes, under pressure Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business Washing and putting away golf carts (if needed) Available to work weekends Available for the golf season (April-November) Must be 18 years of age or older Typical end time:
1PM/8PM Typical start time:
