As a bond puller you will deliver products that work flawlessly every time, in the heat of battle giving our troops the winning edge when it matters most.
You will be a part of an elite team that fabricates and/or modifies complex micro-integrated circuit modules or microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions, such as for wire and ribbon bonding utilizing various manual and automatic bonding machines.

Qualifications:
High school diploma3
years of Microelectronic assembly with at least some bonding experience with manual and/or auto wedge ball bondingMust be able to work 2nd shift hours - 4/10 schedule, 2:
30pm - 1:
00amMust be able to work with a microscope for an entire shiftExcellent hand eye coordinationCan fabricate and/or modify complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assembliesMust be familiar with MIL-STD-883Experience working with bonding complex microwave modulesMust be familiar with manual gold ball and ribbon bondingPreferred QualificationsWestbond and Dage 4000 bond pull equipment experienceFamiliar with automatic bonding equipment:
