As a Process Engineer, you'll work closely with the Value Stream Manager and functional teams to refine and enhance our manufacturing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
What you will doStabilize and standardize manufacturing operations to maximize efficiency by capturing standard operations and creating procedures and training material.
Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and implementing technological advancements.
Support the deployment of a 6S framework to enhance productivity and safety.
Collaborate on growth initiatives, including planning and installing new equipment.
Maintain high standards through regular procedure checks and quality audits.
Qualifications:
What you will bringExperience of working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on improving efficiency and/or product quality.
A proactive, positive, and open-minded outlook.
An awareness of project management principles, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
A Bachelor's degree in and Engineering, Manufacturing or Sciences is preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a critical and analytical mindset.
Outstanding communication skills, capable of working well within a team and across departments.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
