As an Assembly Supervisor you will deliver products that work flawlessly every time, in the heat of battle giving our troops the winning edge when it matters most.
You will lead an elite team that ensures all assembly aspects are met on complex micro-integrated circuit modules or microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assembly.
You will lead the manufacturing operations of the Microelectronics assembly team while, also, contributing to individual output.
In this role, you will be responsible to:
Lead a team of microelectronic assemblers; manage workflow and work assignments.
This includes, but is not limited to, component mount, wire bonding, ribbon bonding, bond pullManage employee performance, including performance reviews and performance discussionsSets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational resultsContinuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standardsEnsure that team delivers high quality team outputEnsure production schedules are met to meet customer needs and completion of all paperwork entries are timely and accurateDevelops schedules and resource requirements for assigned areasRecruit, develop, retain, and maintain a high-quality teamTrain new employees and coach current employeesEstablish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules, recommend measures to improve production methodsResolve daily work issuesWill also work as a Micro assembler, working from schematics and drawingsMay conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specificationEnsure timecards are signed off per company policyRequired
Qualifications:
High School Degree or equivalent7
years of microelectronics assembly skillsPrior experience leading or managing othersKnowledge of ESD (Electrostatic discharge) proceduresDemonstrated ability to meet quality and quantity production requirementsExperience using Microsoft OfficePreferred
