BAE Systems is looking for a candidate with experience in Java development in a Linux environment for its Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) business area. ISR uses a product based approach to its SIGINT systems development. We are looking for candidates who want to develop Java solutions as part of a complex signal processing systems, be involved in all aspects of development and produce a quality product.

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 - 5 year(s) of related experience

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Scientific field
Required Skills:
- Experience with developing on and for Linux
- Strong Java programming skills, RMI, JDBC, GUIs
- Motivated, team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experienced in producing Objected Oriented designs
- Able to document and describe your software design and implementation
- Working knowledge of a formal SW development lifecycle
Preferred Skills and Education
Preferred Skills:
- Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree
- Experience in the SIGINT/COMINT, signal processing domain
- Experience with C+
as a second programming language
- Database transactions, Mapping, and Web Services
- Current Top Secret clearance with the ability to successfully obtain an SCI
